According to a representative from Buddy whom I chatted with, Buddy’s goal is to “bring AI chatbot as a service so that it can help small business.”

Answering their questions in real time

Setting up Buddy is simple – with just a few clicks, you can import all of your existing customer data, including FAQ’s and other important internal information.

With this data, Buddy is ready to deal with an estimated 90 percent of customer concerns, and with 90 percent response accuracy.

Apparently, Buddy can also flavor the conversation with personal touches.

Buddy can also be easily integrated with whatever major customer-communications platform you are already using, and with your company’s CRM software.

Buddy is currently in beta.
