First Look: new Placester theme has built-in NAR branding, is for NAR members only

Placester and NAR’s partnership has led to Realtors upping their game. Let’s take an exclusive first look at their brand new premium theme, Chicago.

When the National Association of Realtors (NAR) partnered with Placester to offer their members with responsive IDX sites at a deep discount, this member benefit demolished any excuse for Realtors to have a poor excuse of a consumer-facing website.

Placester is releasing a new premium design template today, specifically for NAR members to set themselves apart. It’s actually gorgeous (and we’re pretty cynical about web design). The theme, titled Chicago has NAR branding baked right in and brings the number of premium themes available to seven.

Built specifically with Realtors in mind

The Chicago theme offers a full-width slideshow, a quick search overlay for browsing listings, a lead capture form, a customizable call-to-action to prompt visitors to connect with the agent, and of course sections for blog posts, featured properties, and customer testimonials.

The company says that in developing their themes, they craft “every line of code with real estate marketing in mind.” The platform puts a focus on clean, modern and visual sites, giving home buyers a Google- or Amazon-like home search experience.

Further, they’re known for their commitment to responsive design, long before their competitors, and long before it became a widely understood concept, and every function of their site works on any sized screen from a tiny old iPhone to a giant screened desktop.

“We’ve partnered with the Member Benefits team at NAR to make it easier for real estate professionals to launch their web presence, establish their personal brand, and begin marketing themselves online,” said Matt Barba, CEO and co-founder of Placester.
